Morocco has reiterated its strong commitment to advancing human rights both nationally and internationally.
During the 58th session of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva on February 24, Justice Minister Abdellatif Ouahbi underscored Morocco’s holistic approach to sustainable development, peace, and global stability.
He emphasized that, under King Mohammed VI’s leadership, the country continues to implement significant human rights reforms while upholding its international obligations. Ouahbi also highlighted Morocco’s engagement with the UN Committee on Enforced Disappearances, following the review of the country’s initial report in September 2024.
